Do I get access to my accounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can have your credentials revealed at any time, including the verification codes and links needed to log in — and you keep the account. It is a one-way door, though: once revealed, the account leaves our management for good, no further task can be ordered on it, and it is no longer covered by our support or our ban policy. Large portfolios revealing credentials at scale also fall under a separate monthly fee set out in our Terms. This is why we recommend running everything from the platform, where your account stays on the device it was born on.

Yes — 25 credits every 30 days per managed account, and the first 30 days are included in the price of the account. It pays for the real phone your account lives on, which stays dedicated to it and cannot run anything else. It is the same 25 credits the setup cost, so from month two it simply takes that slot in your plan and your budget does not change. Accepted Answer

Yes. Every account is created on a real phone with a local SIM card by a local operator. Your credentials are encrypted and only accessible to you. No bots, no emulators — content is posted natively by real people through the official app. You remain fully responsible for what you publish.

TokPortal reserves the right to decline any order based on its content, at any time. That call is ours alone, made to protect our managers and the reputation of the service, and it carries no liability for TokPortal — what you publish remains your responsibility.

How are accounts warmed before posting?

Every account goes through at least 3 days of natural activity — scrolling, liking, following — building an authentic profile. With advanced warming you pick a niche, our AI (or you) splits it into search segments, the manager runs a warming session on those segments, and you get proof of warming plus an AI report of the session. Your account arrives primed to meet the right audience.

What if an account gets restricted?

We minimize risk with native behavior on real devices. When an account is banned for reasons outside the platform's terms of service, we restore the value in credits — the account itself, its warming, and every video slot you had not used yet. Analytics are subject to the quotas platforms apply to everyone, which we respect. Detailed analytics are reserved for higher plans.

Yes. Request Spark codes (TikTok) or partner codes (Instagram) for any post published through your network, then put paid spend behind your organic winners — manually or programmatically through the Ads API.

Every task costs a set number of credits — 25 to create an account, 2 per video, 7 for niche warming — plus 25 credits every 30 days to keep an account managed, the first 30 days being included. Which countries are supported?

20 countries and growing: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Finland, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and Switzerland. Some of them can be limited or temporarily disabled depending on live operator capacity — ask us first if you need large volumes.

Can I use my existing TikTok or Instagram account?

Not for now — importing an existing account is not something we offer as a feature. Existing accounts also rarely reach other countries because of location signals tied to the original device, so a new localized account is the reliable route: TokPortal handles the full setup, warming, and first uploads.
